The Spark technology team is releasing two new features to support agents with higher enrollment velocity.
As beneficiaries become increasingly comfortable with technology, many appreciate the convenience of remote enrollment. To ensure partners can meet clients where they are, we are rolling out new features that support agent efficiency and enrollment quality—no matter whether you’re meeting at the kitchen table or over the phone.
Here’s what’s launching:
Quickly access essential enrollment information with Beneficiary Lookup
Many prospects don’t know key information (MBI, past plan history, etc.) that agents need to enroll them in the best plan—and with access to MARx increasingly limited by CMS, agents lack a viable alternative.

Beneficiary Lookup is a streamlined pre-enrollment workflow that enables agents to use a client’s SSN or MBI to quickly access essential information via compliant usage of the BEQ API.
Now, agents can access the data they need to submit a successful application, enabling their clients to enroll in—and stay on—plans that are a good fit for their needs. Agencies improve retention and have a more profitable book of business.
At this time, we are still subject to rate limitations. Queries may not be successful if we hit our maximum number of requests. We are actively exploring ways to increase the rate ahead of AEP.
Integrate Spark’s differentiated data with your CRM via Contact Sync
Some partners have built robust client engagement programs in third-party systems, and want to use them in tandem with the Spark platform—but agents must maintain two CRMs.

Contact Sync is a CRM integration that pushes up to date, easy to use data out of Spark to create consistency across any CRM that accepts webhooks.
Now, principals with custom agency workflows can better integrate Spark with most CRMs, such as GoHighLevel, unlocking automated outreach for use cases such as new enrollments, plan exits, and plan disruptions.
Unsure whether your CRM accepts webhooks? Our Help Center documentation can help you determine whether this feature is a fit for your agency.
Guide agents to the most valuable production or retention tasks with AI Assistant
This feature is coming soon! Agents need help understanding the most efficient way to spend their time. Digging into client lists or doing analysis on their book is tedious for agents who are already busy.

AI Assistant analyzes the agent’s book and automatically guides them to the tasks that earn them the most money or help them retain their clients, such as plan exits, benefit and drug disruptions, or changed needs of a client going into AEP.
Agents just need to log in to see which clients AI Assistant has identified as the most valuable use of their time.
These features were built after months of visiting partners and shadowing their workflows—we’re excited to hear what you think! As always, reach out to us through your Account Manager or Support if you have any thoughts, questions, or feedback.
