Leslie Kaz is the President & COO of Syndicated Insurance Agency, an LLC he co-founded in 2004.
A Midwestern native with strong work ethic, Leslie embarked on a career in insurance in 1993. His passion for helping people, particularly in the complex realm of health insurance, led him to specialize in the Medicare marketplace.
After a brief culinary interlude as a Chef and cafe owner with his wife, Leslie returned to the insurance industry to continue his mission of assisting seniors navigate the intricacies of Medicare.
Together with his partners, he has transformed Syndicated Insurance from a small agency into a national FMO, empowering brokers, physicians, and consumers. With a network of over 100 agents, the agency is poised to become the premier choice for those seeking to grow their Medicare business.
